Denzel does something very unforgiving to this HK in the first 5 minutes of the movie. I almost cried. There was also a very clear shot of the front half of a UMP .45 but didn't make it on to IMFDB. Good, not great, movie. Denzel really made this movie good, but isn't that like all his movies? Lol. Good gunfights as well, guys switching from their primary rifle/submachine guns to their secondary when searching houses and doing CQB stuff. Little stuff like that made it good. The CQB tactics in this movie were great. If your into tactical movement is small spaces you will like this.

USP compact. HK's can take any punishment... but what he does is unforgiveable. He throws it away in a garbage can. It was very early in the movie so I assume that was his EDC in the backstory and then when the sh** hit the fan, basically when the movie starts, he has to get rid of it.

Don't you just love the flared trigger guard... Man HK's make their guns like American muscle cars (look wise), mean and muscular yet very very sexy. That flared trigger guard is very sexy and VERY functional, I wish Glocks and other striker fire guns had that.

I actually do love the way it looks upside down on my pistola rack, sexy indeed.

It's sad and unforgivable he tossed the gun like some back ally abortion.

Guys, I'm sick... This was the first movie I've gotten a chance to watch (my wife and kids were at another movie at the same time I was watching this one) and I found myself trying to identify the types of guns used more than I was watching the movie! I'll probably repeat the same thing for awhile. During the scene(s) mentioned above, I was certain he has using a HK but couldn't tell for sure what model.

If you are forced into a chick flick night , RECCOMEND Romeo n Julliet...ALL of the machine guns are HK and the custom 1911's are sweeet...plus you'll surly reap the rewards of enduring a chick flick and maybe something special for actually making a reccomendation.

Couple nice custom Berettas and Leo's peice was a custom PARA 1911 LDA I do beleive. But yea all the "cops" in that movie carried HK submachine guns. It's like this in ALOT of movies. Which makes me wonder. Does HK make Rifles better than they make their handguns?

I saw alot of Sig Sauer porn in the movie. I think there was a Styer handgun at the beginnning and other than that two Berettas and a Glock 17. The PDW that the bad guy was carrying was sick but I could not figure out what the hell it was.

Saw it for my birthday last weekend. Really enjoyed it and so did the wife. It was nice to sit back, relax, and watch people shoot at each other for a little while.

OK, I guess I'm one of the few that thinks this movie was terrible. Ryan Reynolds does not have the acting skills to play opposite of Denzel Washington... he just don't. That fact that he spent most of the movie crying like a nancy made the movie all the more difficult to watch. I went to see this on Valentines Day and the theater was absolutely packed. However, I have never seen so many people leave a movie mid-stride before. Every 5 minutes another couple or group got up, left and never returned.

Sorry but this movie sucked, and I'm one of D.W.'s biggest fans.

I wasn't paying too much attention when I saw it yesterday but I know for sure that Ryan Reynolds' duty piece was a SIG P229R and a few of the bad guys were shooting the UMP including the last of the red shirts in the 2nd safe house towards the end of the movie (the black guy that got shot in the bedroom). The ending was laughably bad; ruined an otherwise decent popcorn action flick.

I liked it, for sure Denzel carried it, but I think that was by design? Reynolds character was suppose to be a whinny newb, and he pulled that off, I thought...
