I like the high Hienie night sights. I have a USP45CT LEM that the sights were already installed. I bought a NIB USP45CT that I had the Hienie sights installed as well as my third NIB USP45CT. My absolute favorite Hk too!
If your CT has standard sights then I would have to say yes it will fit a USP45C holster, but if you have the high sights it maybe a little more difficult to locate. Try Blade-tech.
The o-ring, I think, improves the accuracy. Keep the ring lubed so it doesn't break.
