I have an bobcat sw5 and i would like remove the fake suppressor.
How would i go about getting the paperwork done ?

1. fill out a form one (have your CLEO sign off)
2. fingerprints in duplicate/passport photo as well
3. fill out certification of residency? (forgot the name of form) in duplicate
4. write a check for 200 bucks to the dept of treasury

mail it off to west virginia...

or form a trust/corp and you do not have to have cleo sign off....nor fingerprints/photo, but you still need the duplicate copies of #3....

clear as mud, i know...

call the ATF nfa branch and they will mail you the forms for free.

Don't forget to have your name and city and state engraved on the gun when you get the forms back. or your company name and city and state if its a corporate holding.

In my experience with the SBR and autos transfers the finger print cards need to have the ATF stamp on them.

In other words you should have the NFA branch send you ten of the FBI finger print cards (because one SBR will lead to another and another, trust me...) and all of the forms. When the NFA-ATF sends them to you they are stamped with their info.

Does anyone have the address on the fingerprint cards? I do not have anymore and ATF forgot to mail those when I placed my order for the forms. I was going to white out the address on my PD's blue finger print card and write the correct one in. Thanks for the help!

that is called the Originating Agency Identifier (ORI), The cards are probably on backorder. You should have gotten a slip in the envelope on what cards they sent, and if any are on backorder. Anyway, the ORI is:
