This new guy is a scammer in disguise. He replied to 2 WTB ads, asking the buyers if they are still looking for the indicated part(s). Note the way he wrote the reply. Same writing pattern.

What's even funnier is he's offering a HK45 flat floor plate for $90 and only accepts MoneyGram. The word MoneyGram is the red flag.

Instead of deleting him so that he can re-establish another account, how about just re-labeling him as "Known Scammer" and/or trigger notifications. Nothing really will change except for the fact that legit members will be potentially forewarned. Those members who "enforce" all the bumping and sandbagging rules will expose him in minutes and have fun doing so:)

If he were relabeled a "known scammer" wouldn't he just re-establish a new account anyway?

Then you ban that one.
99% of the time they never come back because there aren't many scammers that know how to manipulate the system.
We've also had to ban entire subnets at the risk of closing the doors to legitimate members.
