SG1 Stock vs MSG90 stock.

Which buffer is better at absorbing recoil.

SG1 with the heavy 2 stag buffer or the MSG90 stock with the PSG1/MSG90 buffer.

I understand that the MSG is more adjustable. I just want to know which reduces the recoil better.

From all I've read and studied, it would seem that the 2 stage heavy buffer in the PSG adjustable stock for length & height would be optimal. Just my 2 cents. I do have 2 msg90 buffers, they do reduce recoil more than the standard. But the heavy 2 stage was designed to absorb and bleed off even more recoil.I would also suggest the msg90 stock for better length and height for precision scoped shooting. The sg1stock is not as versatile. Again, just m.o.
