For $750 at Shoot-Straight, this seems like a really good price on the HK45 and HK45c in all tan. Have there been any issues with the finish on these? Are they a limited run? Thanks!

I caught a special deal from them at the gun show. I own 2 tan hk45c's. I am still waiting for my holster on back order. One of them has 200 rounds through it. I have not been shooting them as I am shooting my Glock 19 in preperation for a GSSF match.

colored frames usu. are limited runs. The polymer frame should be good to go as the color is added to the polymer and it's not just coated. The slide on the other hand may fade with holster wear and scratches etc etc
But if those cosmetic issues may bothers you/anyone then you should definitely get a battle worn finish to it.. They're pretty sweet and all the other love marks from use and wear and tear just add to it

Thanks for the info, guys! I have all USPs and MK23s so I was wondering if this would be an inexpensive way to get into the newer model HKs.
