Just don't shoot lead. It's hard to find bullets that aren't jacketed these days so it shouldn't be a problem, just makes sure the box says "FMJ" or "JHP". Even cheap as hell Blazer Brass is FMJ.

Federal Hydra Shok is a JHP, so you should have no problems using it.
