Chances are, yes.
I've found that getting bumped around in the back of the jeep on the way to a shoot site a few hours away (and rough terrain the last 10 miles) is enough to throw off the 200m Zero by as much as several (4-5) inches. For this reason, I taped a 3mm hex wrench to the buttstock for in-field adjustments to the sights.
While it's unfortunate that you have to go through this whenever you switch sighting arrangements, it's probably acceptable for a military use sight where they know they'll be out on a range to sight in frequently.
For you and me, it just means more range trips to re-zero the sights whenever you switch them out. HTH,
