I was browsing GB and came across this listing. The guy's photo is of a fully decked out SP5K with VFG and stock. The description says that he's had the SP5K for 2-months. Did he get EXPIDITED service from ATF?

Maybe he had the gun shop do the work before hand and then transferred it to him via form 4. And it's only been 2 months since he brought it home after a 8-10 month jail sentence.

8-10 months ago the gun didn't exist is the point of the inquiry.

he knows about NFA laws because he says in the listing that the stock will need to come off unless its transferred on a form 4.

Personally, I would just show the item, with a note that the furniture is available to the buyer--- by separate shipment--- at no charge. :wink:
