I am thinking of getting one for my USP compact, while looking on the streamlight website, I see they have

TLR-3, USP Compact 080926-69221-3 69221
H&K USP Compact Adapter 080926-69091-2 69091

Do I need both items for it to fit my USPc?

Anyone has one and can shed some light?

yes you need the adapter. check out Planet optics, they have both usually. however also check out the new TLR4 with the laser for a few more bucks andyou can order it with the adapter.

I have tlr-3's on both of my USP full size pistols. Like Saym14 says, go to opticsplanet.com and just order the light equipped for your gun "right out of the box". It's not an adapter in the sense that a GG&G rail adapter is. The light simply fits the USP with no additional hardware. And when you have done this, talk to Crown Holsters for a kydex mold to fit your USP with the light. I actually sent him my light to use for the mold as he didn't have one. He did tell me he was going to buy both the USP and USPc lights for future work..
