I've owned a HK91 since the mid 1980's and I was wondering if there were any issues with putting a suppressor on it. Anyone with 1st hand experence with that?

It is not as quiet as some other platforms, but it is quite doable.

It works fine with my G3.

I use standard ammos 150 or 155 grs.
The cases are strongly ejected and the noise reduction is effective.

Strongly ejected... yep! I'd stick with as long a barrel as possible. There's a lot of powder to burn in the can if you are going with a short barrel and that can become dangerous in short order. Don't expect bolt action results...

I use a Gemtech HVT on a G3K using the bi-lock mount. I shoot it primarily in semi, but have run bursts through it as well with no issues.

I've got an AAC 762-SDN-6 on order, and the flash suppressor mount as well. Looking forward to trying it out.
