Not sure what you are trying to do, but I've got sling pins that are threaded with a knurled round bolt on the non sling side.
Swaging Sling Pin
Could someone describe and / or show the process and tools for swaging the end of the sling pin.
I assume its more complicated than a flat punch and a BFH.
