I decided to upgrade to the HK rail covers and vertical grip on my HK93 with Knight's rail system. I shortened and profiled the rear cover to match the grip and blend it in perfectly for a smooth transition. The setup really feels awesome and I'm so glad I went with HK factory accessories. Oh yeah, I think it looks great too! I thought I'd share. (clicking on pics should make them larger)

That is looking sweet ! So, did you add weight or lose weight?

:)
I originally had the stock forend and metal bipod on it. The new setup seems the same to me, if not an ounce or two lighter. It is definitely not any heavier.

Nice, mine (custom ghillie build) will be very similar but tigerstripe ceracoated.. and I definitely prefer the 5 position folding foward grip because the best hold is at a 45 degree angle with the thumb and index finger up on the guard itself. Have them installed on AR15s and Mini 14s
