I sent and email to HK CS on the 10th explaining about some of the coating was coming off on my used VP-9's rear sight. I received a reply 10 minutes later requesting pictures, after work I took a couple pictures and forwarded them to HK. I received a reply the next day telling me to look for an email from FedEx providing me with a return shipping label. I packaged the slide up and dropped it off at the FedEx office on the 13th. An attempt was made to deliver my slide yesterday the 18th but was at work and I had to be the one that signed for it. I made arrangement to have it delivered after 5pm today 19th (cost me $5) the slide oiled up and wrapped in bubble wrap packed in a huge box surrounded by more bubble rap. The box was stamped "fragile", also included were two more rear sights. This is what CS should be like!

I like Lyman and Jesse. They are helpful, when they answer the phone :)
Lyman more than Jesse answers his phone.

But the other people seem like they have no clue what is going on.

I will call talk to the same guy get two diff answers, sometimes I wish the people there KNOW about their products.

Some do , some don't know a darn thing, or guess and tell you just to get off the phone.

yes, a huge " Thank you to Lyman" i left him a message a week ago, he called me back the next day, to answer my questions. !

both Jesse and Lyman are top notch question answerers. The other phone guys, seem clueless, they will answer a question, and i find out elsewhere, or mostly in HERE, they were wrong, ......they need better customer help people, who know about the firearms, inside and out.

I talked to Tim as B&T, on the phone, he talked for almost 45 minutes, reliability, the company, parts, dealers, cleaning, using bore snakes, and on, and on, and on..... i learned quite a lot from him!!

It makes me feel better as a consumer, knowing someone ( a company) is taking their time to help us, and learn. makes the purchase worth while.

i call a lot, talk to all their phone guys, i try to get to lyman and jesse, but usually end up with the "other guys"'

hahahahah,, what...hahaha i just speak my mind is all. :)

Lyman is friggin amazing!!! He has helped me many times, answers the calls, ( even though he is saying " oh, man not this guy again"
He is polite, helpful, and I love that i can call talk directly to an armorer, and get the answers I need, and they are truth.

Thank you Lyman, your help and generosity is flawless! HK service is great these days !! keep up the great work brother !
