Makes it sound like they've run out of ideas. Soliciting ideas from end users is not a bad thing though, you get a feel for what the end user is seeking.

Coming of the HK Edsel, has every feature does nothing well, a complete cluster.....

I do suppose it is good they want to know what the consumer be it private or .gov might want to have
such as most .gov contracts seem to be going striker fired.

And with a striker fired hand gun that can pass sand box hopefully.

I have several suggestions that will go unheard!!!

Tony
I can believe that! They had a nice hunting rifle platform with the SLB 2000. That rifle had great potential. It seems like HK just gave up on it early.

I would love to see HK market a HK manufactured HUNTING rifle line up. Semi auto line AND a bolt action model. We know what they can do with semi autos but make a bolt action on par with a Sako, Sauer, or Steyr. High quality with features the U.S hunters like. I don't have a problem spending good money on a quality firearm. That's why we came to love HK's.
