The top of my locking block on my hk45 is wearing (most of black finish is coming off) only after 250 rounds. Is this normal?

Normal, just keep her fed with a steady diet of ammo, and you should have no problems

Nothing to be concerned about.

You can apply a thin coat of grease (slide glide, etc.) on the block and/or underside of the slide where it makes contact, in order to minimize the wear.
