My Umarex MP5 rear sight comes lose after about 150 rounds of shooting.

No matter how hard I tighten it, after shooting it wiggles about.

Just called up Andrew at Umarex, he said to use loctite.

Anybody else have this problem?

Thanks.

I do not have any experience with the .22 clones but locktite should take care of your issue.

Post some pics of your gun!

whodge1327 - Just for you!

Plane jane, but probably going to switch to fixed stock. While the collapsible stock is easier for storage and looks cool, my wife has a hard time with it (PRO tip: get new gun and tell wifey that it's a joint gun)

TooSixy and skullbox - Thanks for your replys

este - Simply to see if anybody else has this problem. From the responses and all the reviews of this gun, it appears just me. Fortunately it's an easy fix. Thank you.

Yea. i switched to the fixed stock. It's much better. The LOP with teh collapsible one wasn't good for me. I found it at cheaperthandirt for $40 something.

Yeah, I should have gotten the stock when I bought an extra mag from HKspecialist a couple months ago.

I'm kinda amazed at how bad the collapsing stock is, it seems like most people have switched to the fixed.
