Yeah, I recently was looking for ammo, and I stumbled upon the site. It's a bit sketchy when your website doesn't list any of your contact information, like who you are or where you're located. You can find out a little bit about them because they at least have their address (a strip mall) on the waiver you need to fax to them to buy ammo (not that I bought any ammo). Looks to be run by a guy by the name of Robert Ruiz. Oddly enough, they have detailed information for gun sales, yet they don't seem to have an FFL or any guns actually for sale. Plus they don't seem to be incorporated in Florida in anyway.

Any mention from HK on when/ if they will become available? If they aren't going to sell them anymore then say it. If they are going to continue to sell, then at least give an estimate of when they will be available. Maybe the new name for HK should be "The Soup Nazi Gun Company".

This is the place that for instance, you put those in your cart and checked out. You would be billed and you wouldn't find out they didn't have them until you called some time later and you'd get "we are waiting for them to come in" which in this case is never.

Which is a bad deal for you because according to their Terms & Conditions, if you don't cancel your order within 24 hours of your credit card being billed, you'll pay a 20% "restocking" fee on the cancelled order. So they could charge you up front, and then once you catch on that they don't have any, you could be hit with a 20% fee for the privilege of having them waste your time.

Found some UMP45 mags from a dealer and I am paying dearly... :frown: At least I already have 5 UMP40 mags but damn. So again, do you think this is just a temporary hangup or is it not likely that ANY more UMP mags will be imported?`

I don't think we're looking at any major changes in HK's exportation policy in the near future, at least not for the better.
I think the best we can hope for is for someone to start producing these in the U.S.
The catch 22 of that is, as long as the mags are rare/expensive there will not be demand for them because people
are dumping their USC's and then.. why make them?

What's the best price people have been finding on UMP45 mags? I just got my last one for 100 from my source and the second will be 125. Sure beats 150-200+ on GB. They've got about 50 left so I think I found a nice little honey hole for mags

I picked one up from schlinger for $100. The next one he sold went for $125. I snatched while the snatching was good.
