Does anyone have an idea where one can be found anymore? I've been looking for a while and nobody seems to acknowledge they once existed.

Also, are they compatible with 9mm jet funnel kits?

The jet funnel kit will work. Round markings won't quite match, but the clear mags function fine(haven't tried the newer mags). Can't help on availability, .40's decline in popularity has affected them as well.

Awesome. I've had the account for 10 years.... I knew one day it would come in handy.

I just bought one like a month ago for probably a lot less than it's worth.

The jet funnels will work. The USP40 and USP9 share the same frame.

There are different jet funnel magazines for 9 and 40.

I would buy the one that Hk-USPC-40 linked. That's easily $1,000 worth of gun and stuff. Meprolights are $130 if they didn't come on the gun, mags are $40/ea, jet funnel and rail adapter is another $50/ea.

Looks exactly like mine does, actually, except mine's an LEM/match hybrid.

I found one on GB last year. It’s a fun gun, and, IMO worth waiting for. Shoots pretty soft for a 40. I put a jet funnel on mine. Having 16+1 rds of .40 SW on tap is pretty cool.

Well the guy from armslist never answered and then I saw he deactivated the listing. SO...... I got the one off of armsunlimited. I had them send me a picture of the import mark and it's on the barrel out of sight. Only problem is the 10 round mags.

They were all over the internet a year ago. Pretty regular in big city gun shops too, at least in the Pacific Northwest. I grabbed a used one last September instead of a factory new because it came with a bunch of jet funnel mags. Good deal of about five mags and a 2007-era pistol with the tritium sights still glowing for like 600 bucks. Shoots fine--HK is a make you can pick up well used and still trust it to shoot straight. I converted the lower into a LEM and paired it with my used USP40 Expert. Whenever I want the Tactical 40 to have a safety selector and a cocked hammer instead of an LEM trigger, I just swap the slides.

The Jet funnel is for both 9mm and 40 caliber USP. On top of that, you can also feed the 32-round polymer 9mm magazines into the Tactical 40. I grabbed three of them at Midwest Gunworks for 99 bucks a pop; they are sold out now. These mags normally turn up on Midway USA and HKparts or other dealers for about $125. When loaded with 0.40, they will fit about 25 rounds instead of 32. They feed more reliably in my used USP40T and USP40 Expert than my newer USP9T probably because the former is "broken in". Note that some guys on here think of them as an expensive goof-around; I justified it because I can swap them between three pistols and two calibers. Plus it really helps to make the pistol look more "cyberpunk" if you are into doing Pintrest or Instagram gun porn.

Midway USA as of *right now* has the standard 16-round smoke gray Jet Funnel mags in stock for 45 bucks a pop; which is a good price for those. Normally they sell on someplace like HKparts for 59 to 69. I like them. The metal base is easy to grab. For better or worse, HK does not make a new generation metal jet funnel mag with polymer sleeve in 40 like they do for 9mm.

Well, I got the usp tactical and the jet funnel kit.

First off, it's just as awesome as I remember. Secondly, I seem to keep spending more money now! Does anyone have a lead on a utl?

I just won a 45 Tactical on gunbroker that's coming with a UTL. Ordered myself a replacement LED bulb/aluminum bezel from lumensfactory already. What's the going rate for UTLs? I haven't seen one posted for sale in a very long time.

Nice find. The 40 just isn't as popular anymore and either is the 357 Sig hk compact I use to own. I got rid of both over the years. Solid guns though.
Disagree on the factory made .357 SIG. All 3 models that HK produced when they come up for sale, sell quickly. Almost all consistently go north of $1K and some well north. While the following may be smaller, it’s definitely out there. And every once in a blue moon there is a deal to be had. Many resort to sourcing barrels be it OEM or aftermarket for their .40’s because finding a factory made USPc/P2000/P2000SK .357 SIG at times can be a long drawn out, lucky, right place right time event. Is it the most popular? Absolutely not. Is it silly to some? You bet. But the pseudo cult following that it does have keeps people coming back for more. YMMV.
