Glock dose not recommend lead ammunition in their guns.
Is it recommended to shoot frangible ammunition through a USP 9 poly rifled barrel .
Thanks Charger

yes as long as it has a copper jacket. but I would just use regular HP ammo such as WInchester SXT 147 gr.JHP.

The frangible ammunition I'm familiar with contains no lead. No reason not to shoot it I can see other than the terrible expense. Valuable as training ammunition, especially shooting steel targets at very close range. Note that lead-frangible ammunition would create a cloud of lead dust which is poisonous.

Another thing to bear in mind, some frangible ammo is loaded a little on the light side, so don't be surprised if you gun short cycles with one brand or another.
