This may be a dumb question but I am looking at a USP compact 9 mm. It comes with 13 round magazines. Will 10 round magazines also work?

Yes.. i have several for mine. Any p2000/uspc magazine will fit.

And stepping it up, the 15 rd. P30 works just fine in the USPc 9mm. Protrudes from the grip a bit, but not an issue unless you have a problem with concealment.
