Weird.

Your second link explains that it is resisted. The third link seller is ptmccain. Isn't that the guy who has joined here under different names each time he gets banned?

Same images shared on same hosting site. Seems like same guy or he made quite an effort to 'borrow' them.

You can only run up prices if there are buyers, otherwise it is delusional thinking on the part of the seller. $2,800 is nuts if you ask me. One or two sales does not make a trend; let's see where these go over several months.

All 3 listings are the same pictures. The $1600 is a different seller in between the relist dates. I have seen fake buyers in cahoots with sellers on other auction sites. Hopefully it isn't starting to happen on GB.

Looks like the first guy sold it to Mr. McCain for a hair under $3k. McCain then tried to flip it but only got $1660 in bids so then he goes back and crawfishes on the first deal. Original seller then relists the same gun and sells it to another, different party for $2800 indicating "buyers remorse" by the first buyer (McCain).

The dates match up and it makes sense to me. Our most uninteresting fellow strikes again. And, yup, it's the same guy; location indicates Baldwin, MO.

How would he have believed he could make money flipping an Elite at $2800? Or is he just enjoying trolling people?

I've completed something like 100 GB sales, and so far the only "Buyers remorse" case I had to deal with was a guy who didn't check the CA "list" before bidding on a P1.
