USP9 vs USP45 accuracy

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone here had experience with comparing the accuracies of a USP9 Tactical and USP45 Tactical?

If shooting them for accuracy off a rest would one tend to win out over the other or are they about the same?

I doubt there is enough difference to worry about. Keep in mind that accuracy can vary a bit between identical models of pistols and what ammo used is also a big factor.
+1
I've had identical OEM barrels than favored different manufacturers ammo.
I find them the same. The fact is both are better guns than I am a shooter.

If you are in physical contact with the guns, you will not be able to measure a difference. Any apparent difference will be attributable to you. Both guns have greater intrinsic accuracy than anything you bring to the equation. Don't sweat this load; enjoy shooting these puppies. They are both outstandingly good shooters.
Ok, thanks for the input everyone. Just picked up a USP9 Tactical since everything I've got is in 9mm. Wanted to make sure I wasn't getting an "inferior" version but from the quality of this thing so far I'm not there there's an inferior anything with HK. Still got my eye on an HK45CT though. Shame there isn't a 9 of that.
I have small hands, but I shoot my USP45F WAY better than most of my other USPs and other HK pistols.
Longer site radius?
I was a bit unsure of the polymer magazines at first in the 9mm. That was my only complaint. After using them a while I found that I actually really like the poly mags.
I shot my usp in 45 way better than usp in 9mm. That's just me everyone will have their own opinion.
There was a recent article, I believed authored by Wiley Clapp, in one of the gun rags, that featured the USP 9, .40 and .45 Tactical. As I recall, all three of them shot about an inch at 25 yards.

Here is that article of the 3 HK Tactical pistols.

Anyone know if American Rifleman does their "protocol" shooting off a rest or standing?

"Accuracy results from five consecutive five shot groups, at 25 yards from a sandbag rest."
