Does anyone have any experience with the UTG Railed handguard and the C93? I have a feeling it would fit but im not too sure. I was looking through some videos of the Hellenic Army's G3A4 Rifles and how they have the tri rail forend, and that looked pretty darn good to me and the UTG isnt too terribly expensive compared to the real H&K Parts. Will it fit?

i think it is for a rifle length G3 clone. the C93's are a carbine length (2" shorter)

there was a member advertising reconfigured UTG rails in the sales forum, a month or so ago

I had/have a UTG rail for my Bobcat...I took it off once and one of the hex bolt stripped...I wasn't happy.

I just put a UTG rail for a G3 on one of my 93's only took about two hours with a drillpress one additional allen head bolt and nut. No welds are required to the UTG rail but you do need to remove the standard eyehole for the strap and cut out the rail a little to fit the set screw for the triple eye and accomodate the new bolt and nut. I did try to tap the rail but my tap kept going right off to one side so I just drilled it out. I don't know if there was some miscasting in the rail or what that caused that but I would have preferred to have had it tapped than have used a nut. I would go with a 1 3'4" 1/4" allen head bolt with and i believe I used a 5/16 drill bit to drill the set hole for the allen head. I could have done a better job but I was rushed. You will need a small angle grinder to to remove some material on the handguard/rail to fit.

I also just wanted to add. The grouping at 100 yards with the UTG G3 Tactical Handguard appears to be tighter than with the standard C93 handguard. Sorry I don't have the measurements.
