They are known as "charging supports" and HKParts sells them. They are $4.95 each. You can't buy them in pairs.

No, OP asked about the flat filler pieces and you linked to the regular charging supports. This is what he is looking for: https://www.hkparts.net/shop/pc/Cocking-Aid-Filler-Left-Right-Set-VP9-367p17213.htm
For some strange reason, those are more expensive at $17.95 per pair, no idea why.

A lot of the students I take out really love the charging supports, and they stand out vs. the other pistols they try of mine.

My original inserts got loose and HK installed these free of charge (along with a set of new sights). I wish HK would manufacture the inserts larger than the slots so they didn't move around -- even my new flush inserts have a little bit of play (much less noticeable than the original inserts).

I would not use loctite. Mine have a little up and down vertical play because there is a small gap between the bottom of the meprolight rear sight and the top of the slide where the charge supports fit in. However, it doesn't seem like I could remove them without removing the rear sight.
