The answer to your question sir, ( without the smart ass answer, besides the poor English) is no. The VP series are not made with any safety except on the trigger itself. Finger off the trigger until ready. I believe they also have a firing pin block safety in case dropped.

My USP, that I bought new, 16 years ago, has the Safety levers. Now, the P30
I wasn't aware they had them. Any particular model P30?

Check out the fine P30 and USP compact line of pistols.
Agreed -- an originally-equipped-with-safety P30/P30L/P30SK (V3 variant) can be converted to LEM for a shooting experience "somewhat similar" to the VP9, while retaining the V3's safety lever.

Note: not trying to minimize the differences here -- higher bore axis, longer very light trigger take-up, completely different hammer vs. striker internals, decocker, etc. The pistols are different (but not all that different) experiences.
