I have seen these a few places. I cant remember the brand but they are a knock off of the Hensoldt.

Me thinks they were the Tapco T28. Leapers had a similar one.

The Scope is mounted on the Mount BACKWARDS, Look at the Sight Buffer (should be faceing the rear sight)
But it does look like the TAPCO T28. Is there any markings on the bottom of the Mount.
