What was I thinking?!?

I had decided (or so I thought) to sell my P7M13 because it just doesn't fit my hand like my M8 - even with the standard grips on it which I have.

I took it out today to get it cleaned up for pictures and after spending some time with it again I realized - what the hell was I thinking? I had searched for a few years for an M13 in great shape with box and papers for a fair price and had one. I don't necessarily need the money right now and knew I'd be hard pressed to find one again like his one for what I had in it.

Anyhow, I've smartly decided to keep it!

Same happens with me. I have a Beretta Centurion from the very early 90s. Every once in a while I get the urge to sell it. Than I take it out and shoot it and say what was I thinking. That P7 you have there is a very nice indeed. a true classic and part of HK history.

Nope, you were right. You need to get rid of it. Get your money back out if it and move on. Give me a call...

Every time I think I want to sell something I don't need or use, all I have to do is put it in my hands for a minute to learn why I liked it to start with. They always go back into the safe after a little bonding time.

I never thought I'd get another (after my original one was stolen, along with a shotgun, during a smash & grab at my parent's place years ago) but I just couldn't bring myself to part with the remaining 5 magazines I still had. Sure glad I didn't sell them! I recently picked up a pristine example for $1800 off of VA Gun Trader... forgot how much I loved this gun. Don't ever sell it, you'll regret it.
