what was the last year for them?

Also what changes have taken place in the USP full since its inception and when did htey happen?

Learn to use the search and you won't have to wait for answers. The list of changes has been posted many dozens of times.
Stainless is still being made, only no longer imported due to very slow sales in the USA. Also posted dozens of times. Full size stopped in 2001 and Compact stopped in 2004.

I do apologise, I did several searches and located the info about them no longer being imported, but didnt find any thing on when they quit shipping them or when they started making them and what has changed over the years.
