I have a USP compact tactical .45 & would like a higher cap mag than 8. I read that the new HK45 mags will fit the USP CT .45. Any truth to this???

The HK45 mags are just extended USP Compact .45 mags. The HK45 mags AND the HK45 Compact Extended mags (HK45 10 round mag with funky long baseplate to take up the space between the compact frame and the bottom of the mag) fit and function great in my USP CT .45.

Midway-USA has them in stock but they are high unless you get the dealer discount and even then they are not as cheap as what CDNN sold them for when they had them.
What is really funny is they list the 10 round .45 USPC mag as being out of stock and about $6 higher than the HK45C magazine, and they are exactly the same mag!
I've e-mailed them about this but they have not changed their site posting.

I got mine from CDNN, maybe they'll get some more. I have a couple listed on Gunbroker.
