WTK Does the a3 stock for the HK53 require the cut out?

What cutout are you referring to? The one on the left side of the MP5 A3 stock? I think that's only required for the .40 S&W and 10mm because of the boltcatch. If that's the cutout you are referring to, then no, it isn't necessary on the 53.
