They look like they're good quality, and the finish looks spot on for the CAG 416 cloning community. For practical use, I'd opt for the Unity setup these days.

 

Jamey Caldwell, 1 Minute Out owner, was a Unit operator that helped Wilcox create the mount which is why it's so spot on:

Not shocked it sold out that fast. I think Wilcox only did a limited run and the people that knew about it wanted it.

For those lucky enough "end users" what is the difference in the option for the flip mount with the "integral" or "thumb screw" ? choices?

 

Pre-orders were in February and we just got them. I’m guessing it will be pre-orders again if there is another run.

Integral is what I prefer since there’s no thumbscrews sticking out on the sides. I like how you can easily install and remove the magnifier with the shoe.

Yea, the integral has a bayonet that you depress to remove the magnifier. You can take a look at my original post and you can see how the bayonet system works. I also linked a video in this thread where Jamey goes through the different models.

 

Not the best pic of the riser being used, but the tanodizing is pretty spot on.

Take a look at the commercially available version of the riser which may answer your questions:

Last question, does the G33 magnifier require the use of a 7mm "spacer" or is it a direct mount? & does the spacer come in the box with the G33

The g33 does not require a height spacer when using a xps eotech with this Wilcox mount

 

If using the EXPS3, the spacer will need to be used with the G33. My .410 1MO/wilcox riser just showed up today. Is it me or does it feel lighter than the commercially available wilcox mount with the removable FTS?

The order will come wilcox iron sight riser sections that account for the height of the optic riser. Not sure how useable it is with a 1/3 cowitness eotech like the EXPS since this mount was developed for a unit that uses an absolute cowitness eotech (XPS model)

 

I can't answer that since everyone likes the height of their optics a little different. I like lower 1/3rd best, which is variable from mfg to mfg. Typically it is between 1.5-1.7 or so. So your eotech EXPS alone sits at that 1.7 height, throw in .625 and you got 2.3" height. Since this is on an HK AR style rifle, it has a built in riser already due to the piston so it's a little higher than 2.3". So me personally, I would not get the 5/8th's riser. All that being said, sight height is all personal preference.

Yeah as tempting as the 5/8 may be, I agree with @Om3ga9000 that you should hold off since they're going to be offering the .410 again.

 

Ya, it's pretty hard to refute his logic, I overlooked the HK receiver height in hindsight. It was a good sobering second thought. 🍻🙂
