Joe,
In another thread I asked you about my G36C conversion I sent you 2 years ago. You replied by saying you would contact me, along with other customers about the conversions. You never did contact me. I have e-mailed you and even left a voice message for you. Still no reply. Please tell me if you sent my conversion to Tom Bostic or not. Thank you.

I have 3 new guys working at the shop now, all with different skill levels. As such, I somewhat have several queues going in order to get each of them familiar with and comfortable with various tasks. In order to maintain the level of quality you all expect, I have to take each step slowly to ensure potential mistakes are caught and corrected (rather than work-arounds). Things are pickin up pace. As I noted in a different thread, the wait time now is still painful but I see all that changing in the coming months. The eventual goal is to have revolving inventory of different models at the same quality level I have right now.

I know that seems like a long answer to a simple question, but I just trying to explain the difficulty of queue updates since they are somewhat scattered.
