I carry aiwb so, got the Tenecor velo 5 and the Tulster profile +. In my opinion, the cc9 is too small for the velo 5. I really like profile +. Super comfortable. Both required a substantial wedge to conceal well.
r u using the sidekick attachment on the tulster ? i utilize a wedge and tge larger size sidekick and vanishes and comfy

No, didn't use the sidekick. Didn't really feel I needed it though. "Substantial" may not have been the best choice of words. I used a relatively compact but firm wedge which works really well.

like minds same exact wedge i used , awesome price point for both , i also positioned the wedgr a tiny bit past the end of barrel so that (im 5-7) when sit the small amount of wedge kind of molds around the lip of holster edge to buffer the kydex from pressing into my thigh

I did exactly the same thing. Let it wrap under just a touch.

Anyone have experience with Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear? Looks like a well built holster and contemplating grabbing one.

Looks very similar to the Tenicor.

My personal preference is for metal clips. Good news, those can be had from Amazon.

Any experience with the Black Scorpion brand or are you just providing your preference in clips?
Nope. Those are generic. I like metal clips for their thin profile. For me, thin means less printing. That’s my primary concern, then comfort. I want the absolute lowest profile I can get. I tried the Alias clips and really wanted them to work but they added 1/4” to the profile which is a deal breaker for me. The metal clips are less than 1/32” thick.

Same for me. Really liked the idea of the Alias clips, but they stuck out way too far so I went back to a single thin metal clip on my tenicor velo5.

I would have a problem with the single clip, alone. My experience is that the holster can cant, fore and aft, with one, narrow clip, like that.
Why not put a second clip next to the one shown in the photo?

With my rigid belt and the hook on the inside of the clip, im not having canting issues. Also, this clip location on the holster is more on a curved plane which allows it to conform better around me and not stick out. Also when I tried 2 clips next to each other (for me) my belt loop gets in the way and the holster sits too far to the right and ends up digging into my inner thigh/pelvic cradle area and is extremely uncomfortable and ended up causing broken capillaries in that area of my body.

It's great to have these options, such as the 3 clip locations with the Velo 5. Belt Loop locations can definitely mess up a nice holster, when there's no options. I have a Velo5, as well, from Tenicor.
I also have the ANR hk-branded aiwb from the webstore, but I order the DCC steel clip from ANR.
I hve a nice leather-lined kydex holster for the p2000sk from Garrett Holsters. But, the holster-to-clip relationship put the pistol so far down below the belt line that draw was extremely difficult, as the clip is right over the trigger guard, and my middle finger knuckle would get jammed by the clip.
They tried to work with me adjusting the holstered pistol higher in relation to the top of the belt, but then the whole rig tends to roll away from the body, risking printing and flopping out, over the belt. There was no wedge or claw, with that holster. It would also rock around with only one narrow clip.
My answer was to carry the p2000sk in a P2000 holster.
ANR addressed this shortcoming of the shorter length slide pistols by extending the holster body 3/4 inch past the CC9 muzzle.

Between the Tenicor Velo5 and the ANR holster, I'm not sure which one will get primary use, yet.

I had a couple of DeSantis holsters that only had one narrow clip, and no claw or wedge (for a P365) and they would not remain in one place, that's why I asked about the single clip on your Velo5.
Sounds like you got it customized to work well.

Yeah, with different body types, holsters, hardware, there's alot of customization to he had. What might work for you, might not work for me. Or visa versa. I normally prefer 2 clips but not matter what I did, it just wouldn't sit right in relation to the belt loop in the way and where it sat between my centerline and my pelvic cradle. I tried the Alias mounting system since it a rigid mounting system, but the clip sits too far from the holster and the belt attachment system ends up sticking out and creating a pretty prominent printing point. So it was a no go for me. Im always trying new things to see if something works better. Im not too crazy about the wedge being integrated into the velo5 backside, but I think I've gotten it to work me. Time will tell.

What brand is it? Do you have a link?
Sorry for the wait, just got back in earlier tonight. "Bullseye Holsters", but they're a small independent company that makes custom holsters that have to be heated and formed at a LGS (usually):

Hope this helps, but let me know if you need anything else. S/F
