No issues or problems with fitment, retention, or rubbing, with perfect clearance all around. Hope these also help...

Got the WLW leather holster in for the Mrs, and I'll be "breaking it in" with my CC9 this week. The leather and stitching is top-shelf and the fitment & retention is just about perfect right out of the bag. WLW used an actual CC9 to mold this holster, and the quality of this holster matches the price of entry. The optional Ulticlip "Crux" isn't necessary but is very helpful as an IWB holster "wing" to minimize potential printing. I doubt my Wife will need it, but WLW had a special online coupon when I placed my order for the holster, so...

One thing that I'll be checking for in particular is the potential for inadvertent magazine releases as this holster has a more "cut" design to the leather area near the ambi-mag release buttons...

When the wing is removed, is there a piece of AL or hard plastic sewn in between the leather pieces at the screw holes for the belt clip?

Or is the 2 pieces of leather "stiff" enough to keep belt clip from letting the holster "sag and wobble around"?

Hope I'm explaining my question good enough, or that you can read my mind! 😁

ETA...very nice holster.

With the wing removed, there are metal threads for the screws imbedded in the double-layed leather. These are used for the polymer/metal clip or the clip with the wing on top of it. There is no "sag" or "wobble" of the clip/wing when everything is tightened up at their desired height(s). The leather around the threads is very "stiff" and solid, as the entire holster has a very thick leather feel to it. Hope the following pics help...
