Saw this on ARFCOM, Vickers tactical posted it on Instagram. Anyone hear anything else?
Did you see a 33/33K at the Century SHOT show booth? I sure didn't.Just keep your shirt on, they said the same thing about the 53 and here we are.
A sear block or a FA carrier block welded inside the receiver?Due to import restrictions the pistols can not be set up for full auto and will also have a sear block welded in the receiver . This has been the same for all of the imports including the POF & MKE AP5 9mm series. The MKE AP53 & MKE AP51 pistols will have chrome lined barrels the AP5 9mm do not.
That's interesting... HK and contract manufactured roller guns have never come with chromed barrels, with the exception of beltfed/quick change barrel models.Due to import restrictions the pistols can not be set up for full auto and will also have a sear block welded in the receiver . Does that have a buffer inside the tube?Wonder why it has such an odd looking end piece. Kinda ruins the look of the gun. Probably standard mp5 end plate though so easily replaced?
PTR puts AR buffer tube end plates on theirs which makes it pretty easy to put folders on. Maybe mke/century figures most people will sbr it and put stock on it?

it’s a cut off 33 A2 stock to keep the buffer installed. Ptr machines their own style of end caps for the 51. While different calibers the buffer retention concept is the sameWonder why it has such an odd looking end piece. Kinda ruins the look of the gun. I take everything I see or hear at Shot Show with a big dose of salt. Nothing they say, do, or show off is gospel. I'm still waiting for a MP5 clone from PSA if that give you any idea.Did you see a 33/33K at the Century SHOT show booth? I sure didn't.
Don't get me wrong. I hope it happens, but it still looks to me that AFT is dragging their feet on importation approval of longer barreled rifle caliber "pistols". Hopefully with the new administration taking up residence in DC things ease up a bit, but I'm not holding my breath either.

That isn't a AP51. The AP51 uses a double pin endcap, you have a single pin cap pictured.Ah that explains it thx. Sure looks weird and that explains why.
zenith end cap looks normal fwiw:
as does ap51

if regular mp5 end cap can be used then it’s no biggie.
Thx your right. It’s the T43HS (5.56)That isn't a AP51. The AP51 uses a double pin endcap, you have a single pin cap pictured.
