I'm picking up my pdw Saturday and plan on submitting a Form1 for an sbr on it next week. I'm going to run a vertical k grip and I need some assistance with photos please to help decide on either the hk marked choate folder or the bt ump folder stock.

both, of course
Having owned and used both, I highly recommend the B&T stock for the MP5K. The Choate stock had a lot of wobble on the back on my gun, whereas the B&T fits so tightly I have to use a punch to remove the push pins. The B&T also feels more solid overall. Granted, the Choate stock is the classic look, but the B&T, in my opinion, looks better.
These are the correct answers.
IMO, the B&T is better in every practical way.
But if your gonna SBR a k PDW, the Choate (preferable HK marked) is a requirement for authenticity.

yeah, I went what the original stock that were for the MP5-K, CHOATE.

mine doesn't have the HK logo, it says CHOATE TOOL CORP. .............. but it's made just as well as the ones marked HK..........the same company made them.

the only difference between them is the $$$$$$$$, it's a few hundred less for the stock that doesn't have the HK logo in it.

Appreciate you guys, and the photos you provided. I think I'm going with the choate folder. If my financial situation changes in the future and I can afford another sp5k, I'll form1 it as well and do the bt ump stock... I guess the next step is trying to find a new HK marked folder somewhere...
