My gun store has both and I’m fixing an itch to acquire a new HK. I’m really looking for a USP45 Tactical but cannot find any around Utah......

^^^^^ This +1! Don't get me wrong, USP Tactical 45 is an amazing pistol, I have one myself that I bought for a stupid low price...only reason I bought it, plus I don't run a can on it.

Buy an Expert or Elite, I have a soft spot for the Expert 45, strikes a perfect balance.

I believe the frame of all three guns are the same. All have match triggers. The differences are in the slides and barrels. All of the three barrels have o-rings. Tacticals have a 5" threaded barrel. Experts have a 5" non-threaded barrel and an extended slide. Elites have a 6" barrel and extended slide. Experts and elites have barrels that are hand-fitted to the slide, and adjustable target sights.

Here’s a review I did on my Elite…out if the three, I’d pick this one. The look is either love or hate, and I really love.

Here’s the review if you’re so inclined:

I am somewhat in agreement with DevilDog61. Somewhat, but not exactly.

I cloned a fs USP45 to be a tac so both of the little girls that will one day get my firearms would get pretty much the same.

After carrying it because I didn’t want anything to happen to my tac I rethought it.

I removed the suppressor height sights, and threaded barrel but left it ambi with the match trigger and tac RSA. It now has standard size Trijicon hd’s, and it is much more pleasurable to carry.

Right now it’s my favorite
