The item from your GB listing is what I have as I go through the process of an SL8>G36C build. I attached some photos for you if you want to see them a bit more. They are different than the one listed by hkpartspro, which has the mechanical folding sights, but for me, I didn't want it since I'll be running an optic down the line.

yeah that’s definitely the one I’m looking at as well, any discernible difference that you can tell between it and the one from HKparts.Net as they appear to be the same. Different material perhaps?

 

That one that Blue Ridge is selling is the most desired and hardest one to come by , even more so in ral8000

 

I have a US made, probably GSG top rail. It looks different on the bottom (See image below). I don’t know how rigid the short German one is but I know I can twist this US made one pretty easily. The long German top rail that came on the grey SL8’s is way more solid and has a lot more reinforcemen. it doesn’t twist. I would definitely look into getting an aluminum one if possible just for the rigidity. I’m currently running the B&T top rail.
