I waited almost 6-months before I cancelled my order.

To be fair, it wasn’t so much GGW as it was BAFA

 

My last one, about 1 year ago was around 4 months from transaction to post office. Pretty good in my opinion . I'm sure things would be longer given present circumstances

 

I ordered a G28 flash hider and several of the gen3 magazines from them last October. I knew the wait would be a few months so I let it sit until January. I sent an email and received the following response.

“sorry for delay. Usual the delivery time for in stock parts isn't that long. Cause of very long waiting time for the clearance for all customers outside Europe and also a lot of work here in our office. At the moment we work on several changes in our business and we get some delays here.“

I followed up a couple of weeks later and heard nothing until February 21 when they emailed me and said that because of changes in German law, they had to cancel the order for the magazines. I had seen that coming and was why I ordered in early October. I cancelled both orders and doubt I would order from them again (and they forgot to refund me too so I just disputed the charge).

I had several of the RAL8000 magazines on order for my 416 and received notice a couple of weeks ago that they could no longer sell them to me. I ended up cancelling my entire order because the shipping fees are about $50 at minimum. I have another order from December that I have yet to receive.
