I don't know how anyone could mount a $25 scope on a $3500 rifle...

 

It was most likely a $500 rifle when he mounted that scope on there…😉

 

There was a guy selling one, on a local gun page and he never did put a price on it. I wanted to make him an offer on it but didn’t want to low ball him. I figured he would want over 4k like the last person I reached out to. But I guess since he sold it to Cabelas, he would have let it go for a lot less than what I was thinking. it’s in the same part of town too.

Richfield Cabela's had a similar 91 (maybe it was the same 93 and I was half-asleep) with a crappy scope, too. Some kind of silver shiny Burris or Bushnell thing.
I wanted to buy it so bad, throw the scope away, and sell it back just to give the girl her dignity back.
