Help, how to disassemble SL6/7/630/770 magazine

Hi, all.

I need to disassemble and clean some of my SL6/630 and SL7/770 magazines, but I can't figure out how to do it.
I picked an SL6/630 10-rounder to start with, because it got water down in it and I don't want it to rust. It has the locking plate above the floor plate, because it has the two little notches (one on each side) that the locking plate "wings" stick out into. But they don't compress or slide, so I can't move them or the floor plate, and I don't want to start beating on it, etc. Some G36 mags start with compressing the sides of the mag body, but this mag is steel and I can't finger-compress it at all and don't want to apply any machine/tool strength to it. These aren't the mags that have the little nipple on the bottom that can be pressed toward the spring to release the base plate.

I can't find any youtube videos or info on a google search about this, nor do searches on hkpro.com turn up anything.

Can anyone tell me how to do this, or point me to some video about it, or create simple drawings (and post here) of how to do it?

Thanks much.

Thanks! I'll try that, without jabbing my other hand with the screwdriver when it slips (again! OH, did I say that out loud?).
What about the larger slot at the end of the base plate? What role does it have in disassembly/assembly? The schematic seems to show a tab of the locking plate that goes into it, but I can't see it in the slot on my assembled mags.

Post pics as i used a regular flatware knife, pushed in one of the wings and popped the bottom right off. You only need to depress one side. Come in at it more from the top and kinda' pry it.

No idea what the rear cut is for. Maybe drainage, WTFK???

Update- figured it out, the cuts on the rear of the plate and midway up on the 10 round mag is for load verification.
