Infitech mount with an Aimpoint Acro P2. Absolute cowitness. Cheekweld from the A2 stock lines my eye up perfectly. Absolutely love this setup.

I just jumped on the forums to see if anyone had the infitech/Acro P2 setup and how they were liking it. Any negatives you've noticed at all? I don't plan on running an A2 stock on my SP5 at any point; probably A3 only. How is it with the collapsible stock?

I'm curious what your impressions are when using this mount/red dot combo with the A2 vs A3 stocks.
I get a more consistent cheekweld with the A2 stock and the sight just falls into place. With the A3, it doesn’t come quite as naturally, but it’s still my preferred setup. A different/higher mount wouldn’t make getting on target better or quicker for me.

Another Infinitech HK G3/MP5 Aimpoint ACRO mount, this time on a Euro SP5K. That is a Gibbous MP5K Vert Grip with Pressure Switch Mount, still waiting on the UE07, and Surefire DFT to arrive. I have not fired with the Aimport ACRO P-2, but it looks great.

Enjoy:

Looks great! I've been holding out since before the turn of the year for them to release one of their prototype pic mounts but if it doesn't happen soon I'll go back to my original plan which was this!

FYI -- the $10 Amazon mount won't work on a MAC-5K without modification to the left front corner.

I had to grind down about 1/4" at a 45* angle because the cocking handle wouldn't get past the mount.

Putting on tomorrow just wondering if anyone has some advice. Thank you
I installed mine using a wheeler torque wrench set at 15 in lb. I also used purple loctite instead of the blue one since it’s a small screw and the purple is just made for low torque small screws.

However, you can also use blue loctite. Just let it set at least a day prior to using it.
