Nice! Mind me asking where you got the A.R.M.S. mount? I’ve been looking for one.
I've had several since the early 2000's. I saw one the other day on eBay and almost fell outta my chair.

What did it go for? I have a new one for sale. ARMS listed price is $185, but not available, and they're $250-275+ on Tacswap.
Oh, I don't recall TBH. I remember seeing it in the $3xx with bids.

Just placed an order for Aimpoint micro 2T and gonna rail mount to MFI adapter. Should free up the space to use charring Handel with out skinning up knuckles.

Running a Swampfox Raider w/ green reticle on an AP5P. Needed a prism & wanted a riser to clear irons and the Primary Arms slx was the front runner until I struggled to find a riser mount to match the the mini-ACOG footprint and still let me use the irons underneath. Have it on the UTG Pro pic mount which is great. Low profile & never gets in the way of slapping the charging handle

Greetings all,

I have seen occasional discussions of single (rear) claw optic mounts for the SP5K, but opinions seem to be mixed. Most of the posts on this thread are by people who are going for an absolute co-witness or using both sets of claws.

For those of you who have actually used either the (1) Titan Tactical MP5 Single Claw Optic Mount (RMR / SRO); (2) the HK parts MP5 RMR / Holosun Optic Mount; and/or (3) the HK parts MP5 Minimalist Picatinny Rail Optic Mount, do they hold fast?

I would like to place a Holosun 407c or EPS 6 on the rear claws of my SP5K to reduce proximity to the charging handle. I would also like to use an elevated mount/spacers to clear the iron sights (1/3 or 1/4 co-witness would be fine). Would any of the 3 options I mentioned work well? This would be for typical indoor/outdoor target shooting use only.

Thanks!

I bought and installed the Titan claw mount on my SP5 with a C-more slide ride on it. I went to the range yesterday to do an operational test and it held up nicely. I shot a total of 300 rounds with 200 of those suppressed.

I have the HKP RMR mount with rmr’s on my K and PDW and they have both performed perfectly with no loosening. I would call it a full co-witness sight picture with the rmr base obscuring the bottom 1/3 of the front hoop. An SRO would put the dot a little higher. If your goal is to have the optic higher there are more options as described in this thread.

I'm sorry, but dear God - that C-more is an abomination.

Why would you do that to an HK?!? Heck - I wouldn't even put that on a dang clone.

Because I want to. Besides, I don’t have clone to put it on and will never own one.

It was a temporary red dot that I have at the moment while waiting for the Trijicon RMR. It was taken off of my race gun and slapped on their since I took off the venom.

Looks great! I've been holding out since before the turn of the year for them to release one of their prototype pic mounts but if it doesn't happen soon I'll go back to my original plan which was this!
I'm really bummed that Infitech STILL hasn't released a pic mount. When I spoke with the owner over a year ago he told me it was in the works. Appears the project may have been scrapped.

Perhaps because the market for Pic rail mounts is more or less saturated and they are filling a niche with their ACRO and T-2 mounts

Hey guys,

I recently bought an AP5-P (K model) and I keep dragging my knuckles on the picatinny claw mount when pulling the cocking handle back.

I took notice of some single claw mounts and all I really plan to mount is an Aimpoint T2 micro or something. The K castle type sights SUCK. I'll die on that hill, come at me bro. So I'm just gonna red dot it. Thought about replacing the castle rear with a real diopter and installing a tritium front sight, if that's possible given rear peep sight height etc..

What are y'all running and how do you like them?
