First off, I think you're confused on just what a "DAO trigger" actually is.
Double action only is a bastardized (and incorrect) term that has been so mis-used it has now become common lore.
What it originally was coined to represent was a semi-auto pistol that could only be fired by trigger cocking, like the double action stroke of a DA revolver. "Double action" means TWO; it can be fired by thumb cocking or trigger cocking. A DAO pistol can only be fired ONE way; via trigger cocking.
The HK LEM is sometimes incorrectly referred to as a DAO; it most certainly is not, but never let anyone be confused with the facts.
To answer your question, yes, a V3 (DA/SA) P30 can be converted to LEM. HK does not condone this, it will void your lifetime warranty, it will leave a sizeable open slot in the rear face of your slide; but yes, you can do it. In fact, I believe there is a tutorial on here somewhere that details the process, including the necessary part numbers.
Think about this carefully.
