@Chopstix Kid do you have an estimated cost for the K version of the One Cage(tm) and your DT MLOK K handguard as well as the full cost for a SP5K to DT MP5K SD upgrade?

 

The K versions will be slightly less than the regular sized. We are targeting conversions for $2300 parts and labor, can not included.

 

The One Cage(tm) and MHS-SD for MP5 SD and compatibles was a collaboration with Gigliotti Rifle Works.

Some answers:

1) Anticipated release Jan 2024
2) The One Cage(tm) is required for use with the M-LOK MHS-SD
3) The One Cage(tm) is backwards compatible with the legacy handguards
4) Based on scheduling, open D54SD orders will have the option for this upgrade
5) We will offer a retrofit service for existing SD guns

I think I spent a solid few minutes staring at that beautiful SD w/ the MLOK on it

 

Is the inner dia spacing on this cage spec’d for the same/standard 40mm suppressor as usual? It seems the materials might be slightly thinner than a normal cage (could just be the photos, my failing eyes, or my failing brain… lol), making for slightly more wiggle room. …that’d open up an interesting possibility for me.

I'm hoping a RAL7008/RAL8000 KSD build myself. Any updates for us @Chopstix Kid?

Sorry for the delay. We've just been busy playing catchup on orders. We're still playing with ideal length for the K version. I personally do not like the current method of keeping the K cocking tube so we are also creating a new KSD cocking tube as well.
