So for reference. I’ve owned almost a dozen usps through the years at this point, some 45 but most 9mm. I never go without a jet funnel kit and 18 round mags in the 9mm. And I also never go without Trijicon HDs and ambi control levers (I’m a lefty, I love the V1, and having an ambi control completely eliminates the possibility of decocking the pistol on draw because there’s no way to send that safety lever through your palm with a proper grip). I’ve always let the USPs go to try something else, and I end up going damn, it’s not a usp (this included staccato) and sell and rebuy and the cycle just continues viciously. But here I am with a standard usp 9 again, 18 + 1 rounds, Trijicon HDs, gray guns SRT, TLR7 and so on, and I’m just thinking to myself man. I love this gun, but the grip, after owning the 45, is NOT the same as the 9mm and feels that much better. So I’m stuck thinking about yanking some add ons and selling my 9mm to fund a 45. And that is where we (or at least I) are gentlemen
