the height is user preference. Cag used both 4.10 and 5/8 (both wilcox and larue) on their 416's.

Yea, the integral has a bayonet that you depress to remove the magnifier. You can take a look at my original post and you can see how the bayonet system works. I also linked a video in this thread where Jamey goes through the different models.

Thank you for that. I was trying to figure out how the shoe system worked. Can’t wait to get a hold of one of these, especially for using multiple magnifiers. Seems like it’s ultimately a better option than my current Wilcox .410 riser with the thumb screw fts.
