I've used a couple of standard AR-15 grips on a MR556 receiver with no issue so I'd think the MOE would work fine.

Tks very much guys. Imma see if it fits right in, but first i have to remove the HK Pistol Grip. It came with a normal AR15 screw, i can read the number 12 in it. Do you guys know the right tool for it? Thinkings in using a 3/16' allen wrench with the hole in the cable to make it a T shape

 

Moe works fine.

 

Should fit just fine. As long as there is a hole for the safety retention spring, you’re good. And I removed my grip with a simple screwdriver. Worked just fine.
